Reinertsen New Energy has been awarded an Owner’s Engineering Frame Agreement with Neptune Energy for the Fenja project. The work involves various engineering services related to SPS, SURF, Subsurface, FPSO and platform modifications, such as technical requirements, concept evaluations, verifications etc. Work is conducted as an integrated part of the Neptune team.
Scope:
The Owner’s Engineer role in the Fenja project consists of the following main activity areas:
Acting as technical authority for operator
Development of functional requirements for all systems
Development of FEED Scope of Work and deliverables
Defining PDO requirements and deliverables
Follow-up of FEED and EPCI contractors for SURF and SPS
