REINERTSEN New Energy supplies engineering services for projects in all development phases. Our projects require a high level of expertise and relevant experience, among other things, in the design and analysis of pipelines and underwater facilities.
With long-term frame agreements and increasing workload, we now need to increase our workforce. Typical tasks are described below.
MSc / PhD - Pipelines and Subsea facilities
Design of pipeline systems in accordance with current regulations and standards.
Design and analysis of structures and components in systems for the production and transport of hydrogen / CO2 / oil&gas.
Field layout of underwater facilities and routing of pipelines and cables.
Analyzes of free spans and design of seabed intervention (excavation, installation of rock fills etc.).
Analyzes of pipelines in the installation and operation phase, e.g. pipe laying, stability on the seabed, global expansion analysis and trawl impact.
Design and analysis of tie-in solutions.
Use of FEM analysis programs (eg SIMLA)
Use of CAD tools, 3D modelling
